only you can say what you have been doing.

what I can tell you is that I know many people that are feeling this way because of their depression. around here at the crisis center when the days start shortening and the colder weather starts coming in, we see a rise in people with these same symptoms because they have all kinds of depression.

I sometimes go through this because of my depression, and because of my bipolar disorder. when it happens with me I contact my treatment providers. they adjust/make changes to my medications and also remind me to use the tools I have learned in therapy like grounding/breathing exercises/keeping on track with my eating and sleeping because lack of nutrition, fluids and lack of or too much sleeping can also cause these same symptoms. they also check on my blood work because physical health problems like anemia, colds, flu's and other physical problems can cause a person to sleep a lot, and lose track of time, not remember what they are doing.. even drinking and eating too much junk like soda, candy and other sweets can cause this to happen.

my suggestion contact your treatment providers, they will know how to best find out what is vausing this, what you have been doing and how to treat it.
