only you know whether or not you should share your medical and mental health problems with strangers/family or friends.
for me I do not tell strangers or people I dont know very well what my problems are. I do though tell my family and friends and a few co workers that are part of my daily life and may need to know that information in an emergency.
as for not remembering things strangers and those I just met say to me... I don't bother trying to explain it..... its completely normal for even normal people not to remember every single conversation they have from day to day.
