Has anyone read this book? I know it's coming out as a movie (And I personally think books are always better than the movie version!) and have been invited to see a screening of the movie.

I remember reading somewhere about this book being a bit rough for some people because of the nature of the story (a character commits suicide?) and as I try to avoid books that are triggering, I don't know if I should read it and go to the screening or say no thank you.
