Hi Asia ! Bless your heart --- If you ask me, you're like a volcano getting ready to blow. YOu HAVE to talk to someone before you DO.

You can't keep "stuffing" these emotions like you have for so long. You're afraid to let them go for fear that you'll never stop crying. I think that's what the problem is. You cut off the crying for fear that it will never end. You've had a lot of sadness and even trauma in your life, and most of us would bawl our eyes out, but you tend to hold it all in. We can't do that. It HAS to come out some way or it will manifest itself in other ways, like what you're feeling now --- apathy. And that's no way to live.

Eventually you have to "blow." You can't keep this up forever. It gets the best of us sooner or later. PLEASE talk to your medical doctor and get a referral to a good therapist. He will know the best one for you. The sooner you can do this, the sooner you can get on the way to feeling better.

And will you please keep us informed as to your progress? We really DO CARE about you!!! So drop in and update us, okay? I hope to hear from you. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee
