Yeah, I guess I have. At least I can't think of a time that I haven't felt that way. I have to answer calls at work but I'm pretty comfortable with that most of the time. Most calls will be for orders and I'm prepared for those. I know I'm not as bad at answering calls as making them. I find that if I have to make a phone call, I suffer from some anxiety about it. I have to mentally prepare myself to actually do it. And if I get an answering machine, I'm liable to hang up rather than talk. I'll often write down what I want to say beforehand. There have been instances where I've made a call only to have gone into panic mode and totally blank - no idea what I was calling about. Very embarrassing.
