The Angels bring you this message, to remind you that rest and recuperation are good for the soul. You may have been taking on too much of late, they ask you to slow down and 'smell the roses'. Being busy and active is good, but we need to remember that balance is required - in all things.
Allow yourself some 'me time', maybe in meditation, or out in nature. The great oak, goes through a long phase of 'rest' then grows in spurts, onward and upward.
Please do not feel that your growth has come to a standstill - all is exactly as it should be right now. If it is possible, a break or retreat away would be of great benefit. Rest, and allow..........
