I love to snack when I am alone and bored. Since I know that I have this problem, I try to make the snacks fairly healthy and low calorie. Sometimes I try to get to bed sooner in order to avoid the things that I want. You might want to try just keeping fruits and things like that for your snacks. If you need to start then healthy snacks is a good start. Go for a walk when you want to snack or start a hobby that you enjoy and can turn to instead of eating.
