article called "caffeine allergy", Clinte. Ms. Ruth Whalen is the writer; she knows
what she's talking about in people who are sensitive to caffeine.

I've noticed that you recommended a couple of people keep a cup of coffee beside them during a moment of stress. It alerted me that you might be one who is sensitive to caffeine. If you are, you need to stop using it. Reading Ms. Whalen's article can convince you far more readily than I can if you do have a sensitivity to caffeine---the symptoms you describe indicate that perhaps you might.

I hope it isn't that because it's much easier to adjust the meds than to stop a favorite beverage!
