I have severe anxiety phases and keep having to alternate meds. SSRIs are out.
Shouldn't one Benzo be as good as another? Ativan makes me go to sleep. Valium or Xanax is fine for a full blown panic attack, and I have also tried Klonopin. My problem is finding a doctor who will alternate my meds. Not meaning I need more, just a different med. How do I communicate this with my doctor. I am dealing with a Psychologist and a PCP. Should I see a Psychiatrist? I am afraid of my panic attacks getting severe enough to cause me to lose my job. Help! plez thanks, ~J
