Hi jumpinggrasshopper - i think only you will know when you're ready but the fact that he says he isn't the type to bring up talk about relationships unnerves me somewhat...do you think he is trying to signal that he wants to slow things down a bit? If you are affectionate with each other and getting on well then i doubt this is the case but it might just be something to bare in mind. When you do feel ready to bring up the subject make sure you chose a time when you both know you won't be distracted - maybe after a nice meal or on a long walk. All the best.
