Unless you are an immediate danger to yourself or another, then they have no justification to admit you. You could preface the discussion by saying that you have no desire to act on these thoughts in the near future/at all (if that's true) so T won't freak out. Sometimes it really helps to get these out. It's as if the thoughts lose their power once they're out in the open. Talk to T!
