Are you really HUNGRY when you eat or is it just because you''re bored? If you're not hungry, why not eat celery sticks or raw carrots instead? Those are good for you and still give you the sense that you're eating.
You could also eat broccoli spears or cauliflower or tomatoes -- any raw vegetable. They wouldn't add calories to speak of but would be nutritious and you could still eat! Or how about an apple? How about it?
