Went to my counselor had an ok meetin with him.
Had to go down 150 mg of my seroquell xr due to extra sleeping through the day. Today I just want to insert head into wall and deposit self to bed. Side note anyone ever think it'd be cool to be made a Vampire? I watch True Blood and think it'd be great to be a vamp

Meds:
Lithium Carb 300 mg 2 at breakfast 2 at dinner 1 at bedtime
Busiprone hcl 10 mg twice a day
Effexor hcl 75 mg twice a day
Seroquel 300 mg at bedtime
