Sujin, I have been medication free for more than a year and will fight to stay that way. Fortunately, this is the first severe attack in months and while it felt like it lasted hours, it was in fact only a few minutes.

I feel ravaged today though. You are right Nina - it is totally draining.

Oh well, soldier on ... that is me!
