I am also a very emotional person and I have an extremely hard time sorting and controlling my emotions as well. It is awesome that you realize this isn't healthy behavior. Everyone is different and as difficult as it is you need to find what works best for you. It has taken me almost 30 years to figure out what helps me little by. little. Sometimes insane exercise helps me if I am angry because it helps get the anger out and it wears meout to the point that I 'm too tired to be angry anymore. I also have severe anxiety and panic attacks.I'm still working on those! Just research different ways to deal with these feelings until you find what works.
