This is more like anxiety OP and I get the same way at times. I believe that all human beings experience anxiety but since you maybe coming out of a depressive episode, it could be that anxiety is manifesting into you with more intensity. Try avoiding things like coffee or soda that will contribute to the anxiety and rest as much as you can. I have come to realize that sleeping a lot also helps with depression as well as exercising.
