hi sammi, dont worry about it, we all need these days to really go into ourselves and work on our minds.
im sure if you explained to your friends that you needed some space they will understand, any good friend should.
it takes a long time to recover after depression, and it can stay with you all your life, but in such a small dose that it doesnt effect your day-to-day activites. dont stress when there are days like this, evryone has what i call YO-YO days, one day they are up! next they are down! its natural. just go with it and accept whatever mood your in and deal with it accordingly. fighting it and beating yourself up over it only makes it worse.
