for some people it is part of their PTSD for others it isnt..

for me my moodiness is part of my PTSD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, sleep deprivation, poor diet, PMS, MS and other problems..

only your treatment providers can say what this problem is in you.

my suggestion contact your treatment providers, they can help you discover why you feel this way and can get you treated for it, if treatment is needed.
