Dama - I echo what Jacq said. Don't beat yourself up. You have a lot going on right now and it's awesome that you care about your brother and want to support him, but I think he'll understand if you have to pay a little more attention to YOU right now. Anything much more than that and you'll be stretched too thin, so do what you can.
