i apologise for not responding to other posts. i missed the course on positive feedback; guess i dont know how. What helps me is a hobby, though i find myself jumping from theme to theme. last year it was trying to jumpstart my acting ability; i lost interest and left myself with a dead battery. This year its plants; flowers, potting trees, planting trees, declaring war on ivy....at least it gets me outside.
