As anyone with Bipolar will know you have your up's and down's to say the least. It's only recently that I've realised that when I'm manic I'm like a shooting star, so full of energy and lighting up everything around me. I become someone I never thought possible, creative, Imaginative and so full of amazing Ideas. Everything is without doubt, crystal clear In my mind.
