I don't honestly have any advice for that. It sounds a little ridiculous to have to do so much paper work to get things done that you need. I guess all I can say is hang in there and it'll be over before you know it and you'll be on your way to your new place. Sorry your having such trouble there as it does sound like an unpleasant place to be.
