That's just it. You all "get it". My family, friends, and co-workers are very supportive, but I'm the only bipolar person around so they don't really know what to do with me when I'm in trouble. They also can't really help much when I just need someone to bounce things off of. I adore my pdoc, but don't want to bug him every time I have a hiccup, and much of the time I don't really need professional help, just a friendly ear and perhaps some advice from others who are going through the same crap I am. PC and this forum provide those things, and I'm grateful for that.
