I just received a chakra bracelet in the mail yesterday. I'd ordered it and never got a confirmation e-mail, so that was a surprise. I think I'm gonna need it.

I just found out this morning that the city made an offer on this place and my landlord accepted it. The place is going to be non-existent in the next couple of months to make way for new businesses. Like I'm going to find another 3 BR house with a yard that allows pets for $400 a month. Yeah, riiiiiiight. My expenses are already bordering on being more than my income. I don't need this crap! Argh. The thing that really ticks me off is that my landlord isn't the one who told me. I heard through the grapevine that some of his other property was just sold to the city, so I did some investigating of my own.
