Yes. I am quite sensitive and I know the littlest thing can throw me off. My t has said that I should always tell her if its like that, and then she tries to give me the best explanation she can (maybe she wasn't feeling to well, maybe she was stressed about something else, maybe I hadn't had enough sleep, it could be anything!). I also let her know and say that I don't feel safe. And she adjusts to that- gives me room to breathe, doesn't talk about hard topics, reassures me in anyway she can (I have trust issues). Its good that you talked to t about it and hopefully the next meeting is back to being normal.
