You could also eat broccoli spears or cauliflower or tomatoes -- any raw vegetable. They wouldn't add calories to speak of but would be nutritious and you could still eat! Or how about an apple? How about it?

Hi All,
I am at home, alot, cos of my ocd. This makes me bored and isolated alot. For about 2 years now, I find, I snack on sweets stuff alot. Then I feel so awful, cos I want to be in control of this. But I am finding it hard, I also snack on stuff, when I am stressed. Hope we can all get control over this.
