Remeron, without Remeron I live at the bottom of a very dark well (notice my username) with remeron I have sad days but nothing like the crippling depression that I know will come back if I stop taking it.

We are currently working on the weight issue. One of the biggest complaints with Remeron is weight gain. I've finally stopped gaining not I just need to lose the weight I gained.

So far it's worth it. I sleep through the night for the first time in my life. Since I was a child I've always woken up every 2 to 3 hours. I've stopped self-harming (thank you Naltrexone). I definately need to be on meds.
