Almond milk, banana, raw protein powder, raw cacao powder (sometimes cacao nibs) pineapple, some sort of greens (baby kale is great so is baby spinach) spin it all up in the blender and yum yum!
I am trying to eat a raw vegan diet so that I can lose weight. It is hard to give up the Starbucks salted caramel mochas, though...
Before my raw vegan days, I was into breakfast foods, like pancakes and waffles. A Belgian waffle on a Sunday morning was a perfect treat.
