teens can be really mean, and treat us like we have no feelings. that is hard she misses her daddy... i was a daddy's girl i can relate... i still idolize him, despite all the things he did wrong.

sometimes after T appt's i get really emotional, because it does sometimes open up something, and then we're left to deal with the oozing. but it's gotta happen, those wounds need to get opened to get healed. i actually used to try not to schedule anything for the rest of the day after T, cuz i was routinely having meltdowns after each session. i was finally processing a lot of **** that had been held in. but it's gotta happen, you're doing the right thing. and we're here lovin you too
