I have horrid nightmares with diphenhydramine, so I avoid the stuff like the plague. I don't know about any interactions with Lamictal, although I'm on it too. The last time I took Benedryl was over a year ago, and I didn't start on Lamictal until March of this year. But I wouldn't recommend the Benedryl to anyone. It's a bad drug, especially for older people. Have you tried melatonin yet?
