Dont you have the option of keeping your name? Why not just do that instead. Being Mrs so and so wont change who you are as a person, but still, I strongly suggest keeping your name if it causes such distress. As for vows, copy paste, where it is legal and applicable. Dont cause yourself unneccessary stress, weddings are supposed to be joyful... you dont sound joyful... Hope you check in here soon.
