Things I did right today:

- Set goal to drink more water
- Set goal to study vocabulary
- Learned 5 new words
- Drank my green vitality juice
- Did my deep breathing/shake-it-off exercise
- Drank 1 bottle of water plus took my vitamins/supplements
- Ate healthy
- Responded to my cousin's email
- Did 10 push-ups (after I wrote down that I did 10 push-ups)
- Did 100 isometric curls (50 each arm)
- Spritzed my face with water - feels so good!
- Bought flowers from farmer's market for my wife
- Did my 5P's affirmation
- Read the bible
- Entered my weight in an online weight journal
- Took the dishes out of the dishwasher
- Chewed gum - keeps me from mindless snacking
- Wrote what I did right today!
