Things I did right today:
  1. Paid the bills
  2. Worked out
  3. Set goal to drink more water
  4. Set goal to study vocabulary
  5. Learned 5 new words
  6. Drank my green vitality juice
  7. Did my deep breathing/shake-it-off exercise
  8. Drank 1 bottle of water plus took my vitamins/supplements
  9. Ate healthy
  10. Responded to my cousin's email
  11. Did 10 push-ups (after I wrote down that I did 10 push-ups)
  12. Did 100 isometric curls (50 each arm)
  13. Spritzed my face with water - feels so good!
  14. Bought flowers from farmer's market for my wife
  15. Did my 5P's affirmation
  16. Read the bible
  17. Entered my weight in an online weight journal
  18. Took the dishes out of the dishwasher
  19. Chewed gum - keeps me from mindless snacking
  20. Wrote what I did right today!
