I don't see any hostility, just different views on how that innocent little smiley could be used. I love the smilies, I think they add "character" to our posts and pm's. It's all about fun and self-expression. I think some of us were just thinking about the ways in which someone could potentially be hurt or offended by it.

It's just a matter of using the smilies responsibly. Lol, it's kind of funny how many replies this thread is getting over a smiley!
