K so more venting. I just figured I'd keep it on the same thread so I don't annoy everyone with new threads. Did what I had to do last night and drank the lemon water afterwards but fell asleep right away so I dunno if it helped any. My friend and I took the kids to the park today and did a lot of catching up, came home had dinner, was nice and the kids enjoyed it. So kids bedtime came along and I'm like ah, I can relax and do my thing, chill out for the rest of the night but it seems like everytime I get some "me time" I just get super agitated. I can't be busy busy busy doing things from the time I wake up til the time I go to sleep. I have to have some downtime at some point in the day but that agitation comes rushing back everytime I do. At least I'm noticing this stuff now, I guess. But I still want to scream and get this negative energy out!
