Genetic says to try some water with fresh lemon to possibly help moods and kind of make it a regular thing. I'm trying it. Also gonna be switching to a healthier diet with less carbs and more fresh fruits and veggies. More fish and nuts as protein sources, less sugar, and fish oil pills. What have I got to lose?
