They really are positive. My brain has always hopped around. Just now, its not nearly as bad. No, for right now we are sticking at this dosage. Been on it for a few weeks- less than a month though. Overall, I have been on this medication for about 1 month and a half. I don't remember exactly. Vyvanse is extended release. That's why I think I have an issue sleeping at night. Staying asleep has ALWAYS been an issue for me, it's just a lot worse now.
