I'm wondering if I should cut back or even stop drinking coffee. I work long hours and its extreemely hard labor. Most of the time I really do need the extra boost but I drink so much of it that when I don't have it, I get bad headaches. Even now as I am typing, I am full of energy, but I have a painful headache because I haven't had coffee this morning. I feel addicted to it because I'll drink it even when I have energy and won't be very active during the day.
