Hang in there please!!!!!! I feel the same about these negative feelings sneakily seeping into your brain and ruin your day. What I do is busying myself for distraction, I sometimes even forced myself to sing loudly to the songs I'm listening and do a little dance, and smile to every little things of whatever I'm watching on TV Force myself to upbeat, it works for me a little. Hope you feeling better soon.
