You know when I found I was extremely angry like that (and my shrink ok'd this) I went into my bedroom closed the door & wiindows, got a bunch of pillows, and started pounding the daylights out of them while hollering my fool head off at the person or persons I was maddest at. This released an AWFUL lot of anger and I sure felt better when I was done. I think I pounded and yelled for about 20 minutes, and afterwards I was exhausted --- I actually needed a nap cause I was emotionally spent.

Like I said, my shrink okayed my doing this cause I asked him ahead of time. I'd thought about this, and wondered if it would be healthy or not, but he said it would be a great idea. So I did it. Maybe it will work for you. Give it a try!
