You know those times when your not nuclear depressed but just kind of a low level stasis type of depression, where you just don't feel like doing anything.
What are some ways you use to break out of that "stuck" feeling.
I have been trying to meditate, walk my dog, eat, watch movies and nothing gives.
Do you have anything that helps in this situation. I mean at this point i would stand on my head if it would help...
