No one is going to tell you those things. I know it was hard and I know it hurts but you did the right thing to tell. No one has the right to hurt you the way you were hurt. The people you are with want to help. They wouldn't have chosen to work there if they didn't want to help people, but there isn't much they can do for you if you won't talk.

I understand the not talking part. I can't talk in person either. I was told pretty much the same thing by my parents. Maybe write a note and give it to them.
