We cannot control another's thoughts, or feelings. We can only attempt to control our own and are responsible for such. We can look inside at our intent, or lack of. If we're ok with it, and it's within guidelines then it's up to other members to work on managing their own reactions/actions.

We have access to post many things here, not only those smilies that are available here at the site. It's all about how we use them and work with our own actions/reactions.

Again, if someone uses a smilie to flame, contact a member of the admin team and we'll look into it ASAP. However, if the smilie is within guidelines, we need to work on our reactions and possibly ignore the poster who uses smiles we don't like.
