Yes, I hope you are feeling better. I just noticed your post and was concerned, because I had an emergency surgery on my esophagus in late June
with 3 units of transfusion because my esophagus tore from portal hypertension. Two since, one more to go. Maybe your doctor can test for an ulcer and/or pylorii. I hope I didn't scare you...I wasn't warned of the signs to look for before the incident.
