I don't know if you've tried it, but you may have. Throwing it out there anyway. No tv., computer, or cell phone for 3-4 hours before bed and don't just lie in bed thinking and staring at the ceiling. Try reading. It may/may not help you sleep but it should make your eyes tired. Also, try to do something active during the day. Take up an exercise routine, jogging...something. I don't know if these ideas will help. I know you may have already tried them, but it's worth a try.
