I understand there's a serious genetic component to this illness. The idea of passing my illness onto my kids makes me wary to say the least. If there's a good chance this might happen, and perhaps others can enlighten me on much risk there actually is, then I have a serious problem. My son who is now 13 has AUTISM. I feel sorta responsible for his illness because he hears and sees things too. He is now some better but not me. He doesn't like it when I talk outloud to myself. I feel ashamed and don't trust people.
