Yeah, schizoaffective disorder is like havin both schizophrenia and bipolar, from what I understand. It gets it's own name and everything.

It's possible to also have bipolar with psychotic features if you don't have the actual symptoms of schizophrenia (such as flat affect, disorganized thoughts / speech, etc.)
