Ticli, I think it's perhaps high time you told your parents...not only do they need to understand so they can get you proper help, they might not understand what it is you've been dealing with for all these years. Yes, it is going to be a hard conversation to have. I won't lie and tell you it's going to be easy. But you owe it to yourself to get some help for this, and I think this might be the way to do it. And I think, once you do tell them, that you might find at least some weight lifted off your shoulders.
