Totally agree with it!!! When I was very low, I would force myself to laugh at some funny things on tv, force myself walking to the grocery store which further from my home rather than the nearby one. I think you really need to force yourself to do something that is benefit you, I read some posters said they would also force themselves to leave their home and walk.
