hi rainbow, i am sorry to hear about your bad day.
feelings like this are familiar to me too, so you certainly arent alone. try to accept your feelings with open arms, and comfort yourself. you arent useless, untalented uncreated etc, these thoughts are usually the ones that create the "why-botherish" mood and depressed and lost moods too. by re-assuring yourself that you do have talent and that you are a good person you can help to defeat the negativity.
do you have loved ones around you, such as a partner, or children, or parents or brothers and sisters etc. even friends will help you fight these feelings.
my suggestion to you is to find something you enjoy doing. it could be reading a book, watching a film, listening to music, going for a walk, running, swimming etc and do it often to feed the creative side to you. everyone has a creativity side to them, its part of what keeps us going. but by not stimulating it often enough you lose touch with it and feel you dont have it. the other negative feelings, liek the feeling of uselessness and talentless are all connected to that creativity and will go in due course, which subsiquently will help ease the feelings of depression etc.
