I use to read those sort of positive thoughts thingys, where they would talk a out cutting other people's drama out of your life. And at that point that was my only way to communicate. I had lived in drama. Now I find I walk across the road to avoid drama. I recognise it in others of course because I finally recognised it in me. I also know that nothing I say can change another person. We live in our drama until we know better. I've noticed people change from being victims of their drama if you listen to them, enable it, but if you refuse to become part of it, they quickly change to the aggressor of their drama. Even that I leave alone, don't try to change. That I've found is what helps someone change. Their drama needed"you" for fuel. Omg!! I am so happy to be out of all that old stuff. I make no apologies for being happy to be where I am. I no longer take other people's guilt. This is a nice place to be in. Thank you therapy!
